Specific features of microstructural changes in austenitic and ferritic stainless steels under irradiation
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kharkov (Ukraine). Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.
Description
Evolution of dislocation structure and phase composition of reactor steels types EhP-450 and EhJ-847 was studied depending on radiation doses under irradiation with high-energy particles. Structural changes are shown to be determined by high concentration of point defects, neutral and preferential; sinks and by the interaction of impurity atoms with point defect flux. The degree of structural changes depends on such structural elements as dislocations, secondary phase precipitates, etc. 8 refs.; 3 figs
