Transport properties and matter constants of the thermoelectric semiconductor Sb2Te3

Description
The thermoelectric and galvanomagnetic transport coefficients of Sb2Te3 monocrystals have been described by the aid of a six-valley model for the valence band edge and anisotropic-mixed carrier scattering at acoustic phonons and ionized impurities. The experimental values of specific electrical resistivity, Hall constants, Seebeck coefficients, magnetoresistance, effective mass, carrier density and mobility, and Lorenz numbers as functions of temperature are compared with fitted data and show good agreement
