Crystal and magnetic structure of Fesub(0.5)Cosub(0.5-x)Crsub(x) films

Description
Considered are Fe-Co-Cr films prepared at different substrate temperatures and treated with X-ray and electron radiation. Shown is the role of column structure of grains and pores, quasiamorphousness and magnetization decrease in the formation of perpendicular anisotropy and domain structure
