Description

A test program has been initiated at the laboratories of the European Union Joint Research Centre of Ispra to investigate combined effects of high strain rates and biaxial stresses. The purpose is to assess the material behavior up to rupture in the special conditions which are produced during an explosion inside a nuclear metal containment.
