Semiclassical approach to the quantization of the periodic solutions of the sine-Gordon equation

Description
The periodic solutions of the sine-Gordon equation are proved to be singular. For the semiclassical quantization of the periodic solutions we calculate the fluctuations around them and we use the path integrals in the Gaussian approximation in order to obtain the bound states of the sine-Gordon field equation.
