Two typical features of grids in middle stripes are enumerated in AP1000 fuel component framework, finite element analysis is conducted to provide reliable date for practical strip coining and find the optimal process plan by using the computer numerical simulation technology, For some parts with large elastic deformation and the springback value surpassing design value and satisfy shape and dimension accuracy requirement Computer numerical simulation results can provide many key date for subsequent progressive die design and processing, improve the product quality mold design level shorten the development periods and reduce production cost.
