Influence of cathodic potential of deposition on optical properties and surface morphology of films Zn1-xCdxO

Description
In this paper, the films of Zn1-xCdxO were prepared by the method of electrochemical deposition on the surface of glass/SnO2 substances. The values of cathode potential of deposition are defined, which provide the optimum values of optical parameters of films. The band gap of films is determined on the base of optical investigations
