Ammonolysis of aluminium borohydride hexaammoniate and aluminium hydride under high pressure of ammonia

Description
Ammonolysis of aluminium borohydride hexaammoniate and aluminium hydride under conditions of beyond the critical ammonia - at ammonia pressure of 1 kbar and 210-500 deg C - is carried out. In case of ammonolysis of aluminium borohydride hexaammoniate, amorphous boron nitride is formed and, very likely, amido-imide derivatives of aluminium, their composition depending on ammonolysis temperature. Heating of ammonolysis products up to 1000 deg C under normal pressure and in vacuum results in crystallization of individual boron and aluminium nitrides

Проведены реакции аммонолиза гексааммиаката боргидрида алюминия и гидрида алюминия в условиях закритического аммиака - при давлении аммиака 1 кбар и 210-500 град. С. В случае аммонолиза гексааммиаката боргидрида алюминия образуется аморфный нитрид бора и, вероятно, амидо-имидные производные алюминия, состав которых зависит от температуры аммонолиза. Нагревание продуктов аммонолиза до 1000 град. С при обычном давлении и в вакууме приводит к кристаллизации индивидуальных нитридов бора и алюминияAdditional details
