Monocrystal growth of (SnTe)x[Zn(S,Se)]1-x solid solutions and study of their electrical properties

Description
For the first time are grown the perfect monocrystals of solid solutions on the base of (SnTe)x[Zn(S,Se)]1-x in the limits of all range of homogeneity. Effect of small additions of A2B6 compounds on some physical properties of the solid solution monocrystals is investigated
