Interaction process kinetics of boron and silicon oxygen-containing compounds with carbon
Description
On the base of gravimetric investigations is fulfilled kinetic analysis of B2O3, SiO2 and CaSiO2 interaction with carbon at temperatures up to 1500 K in argon flow. Functional dependence form of a reaction mechanism and the main kinetic parameters of the carbidization reaction are determined. It is established that for SiO2-containing materials the interaction with carbon proceeds in two stages
