Specifxc points of concentration dependences of physical properties of substitutional solid solutions

Description
Using the lattice gas model the concentration dependence of mixing heat of a substitutional binary solid solution has been studied. Condition of the extremum of the concentration dependence of the solution thermodynamic properties is obtained. The result is used to explain anomalous concentration dependences of the physical properties of the W-Re system alloys
