Scanning of the vent beam and operative control of electrons energy of the technological accelerators

Description

Systems of vent beam scanning and control for the high-current electron linac on 10-25 MeV energy and pulse current up to 1 A are described. Main accelerator beam parameters and irradiation zone are given. Process of electron energy control includes photometric and express methods. The paper describes the design of scanning device for shaping the zone of subject irradiation with 10-25 MeV extracted electron beam
