A new action principle for the Vlasov-Maxwell system
Description
Everyone interested in action principles for the Vlasov-Maxwell system has probably noticed the difficulty to use the particle distribution function as a field to be independently varied. A solution to this old problem is presented in this paper. (author) 5 refs
