Conductivity of Srsub(1-x)Lasub(x)Fsub(2+x), 0.03 <= x <= 0.40

Description
Temperature and concentrational dependences of conductivity σ of monocrystalline samples of SrF2-LaF3 solid solutions have been studied. It is shown that σ(T) is described by the equation σ(T)=σ0 exp(-ΔH/kT), where ΔH - is conductivity activation enthalpy. To explain the dependences σ(x) and ΔH(x) a model with quasicontinuous energy distribution of highly mobile interstitial fluorine ions is considered. Equivalent scheme of electrochemical cell, describing frequency dependences of impedance is suggested
