D-meson spectra in pp-interactions and the model of quark-gluon strings

Description

The calculation of the inclusive spectra of D-meson produced in pp collisions as functions of the Feynman variable x and transversal momentum pT are presented. The satisfactory description of the experimental data in the framework of QGSM indicates dominance of the peripheral mechanism of the D-meson production at high energies
