Mathematical methods of optimization from the viewpoint of seismic response of reactors
Description
Mechanical vibrations of reactors which are excited by seismic ground motion are investigated on the linear multidegree freedom mathematical model. The physical structure of the reactor model is expressed by dependencies of mass, damping and stiffness matrices on the vector of parameters. The influence of the coolant is respected by means of the added mass matrix. Optimization is understood as a problem of minimization scalar nonlinear objective function of free construction parameters of the reactor. This function expresses dynamic response which is excited by horizontal ground motion. (orig.)
