This document assesses the results of the group Total initiatives in the domain of the corporate social responsibility, for the year 2003. It presents the society policy and actions concerning: the ethics as a foundation of broader corporate, the environment stewardship and the safety enhancement, the equity and diversity of the labor relations and human resources, the broader responsibility to society and communities, the financial performance and a group portrait.
