Application of a small computer for characteristic X-ray spectra analysis

Description

A program for the ''Nairi-K'' computer has been constructed making it possible to determine the element composition of a sample under study. The spectra of characteristic X-radiation, which have been produced by means of the LP-4840 amplitude analyzer, serve as the original information. The algorithm is designed for simultaneous determination of up to 16 elements with 12<=Z<=53 by K-lines and with 32<=Z<=92 by K-lines. The accuracy of determining lines intensities is not worse than 5%. The time of program operation is close to that of the original information preparation
