Description
The international agreements respecting the immersion of waste in the sea, the transportation of radioactive waste and the civil liability of the operators are examined. The specialized international organizations (IAEA, NEA, EEC) have, for many years now, been making a significant effort to bring together and unify the technical rules and legal standards. Finally, an endeavour is made to single out the broad lines of the foreign regulations relating to the long term control of radioactive waste which is beginning to come to light in various countries

On examine les conventions internationales dans les domaines de l'immersion des dechets en mer, du transport des dechets radioactifs et de la responsabilite civile des exploitants. Les organisations internationales specialisees (AIEA, AEN, CEE) poursuivent, depuis de nombreuses annees, un important effort de rapprochement et d'unification des regles techniques et des normes juridiques.
