Method of ionizing radiation dose and dose rate measurement
Description
The method of radiation dose and dose rate measurement used in radiometers and dosemeters is described. The plates of bismuth-germanium or bismuth-silicon oxides monocrystals doped with manganese or gold are exposed to ionizing radiation and they are getting dark. The irradiated plates are measured photometrically. The plates are regenerated after each measurement by heating. (A.S.)
