Measurement of serum TNF and SA in patients with NIDDM and their clinical significance
- 1. Lianyungang First People's Hospital (China)
Description
The levels of serum TNF and SA were detected in 82 patients with NIDDM and 35 normal controls. The results showed that the levels of TNF and SA in NIDDM group were obviously higher than those in normal control (P < 0.01), particularly in NIDDM with nephrosis group (P < 0.001). It suggested that the concentration of TNF and SA is relevant to the pathogenesis of NIDDM
