Description
Two-dimensional fermion field theory with the quartic interaction of the current-current type is analysed by the effective action method. A phase transition in the coupling constant from the symmetric phase into the non-symmetric one has been found. In the different phases there are different numbers of Goldstone particles as it is in the case of the anisotropic superfluid phases of 3He
