A spacer supporting device for bundles of parallel tubes

Description

Description is given of a spacer-supporting device for bundles of parallel tubes; characterized in that it comprises a carrier frame with a peripheral rim and spaced transverse parallel blades welded to said rim, and a plurality of independent parallel stiff chains inclined with respect to said transverse blades through which that are inserted, each of said chains being constituted by cylindrical rings each of which surrounds respective tube of the bundle, said ring being rendered mutually integral by two lengthwise of said chain by means of spacing and aligning plane links

Abstract (French)

On decrit un dispositif de support entretoise pour faisceau de tubes paralleles caracterise en ce qu'il comporte un cadre porteur comprenant une couronne peripherique et des plats transversaux, paralleles, espaces mutuellement et soudes contre la couronne, et une serie de chainettes rigides, independantes et paralleles, s'etendant obliquement par rapport aux plats transversaux dans lesquels elles s'encastrent, chaque chainette etant constituee par des bagues cylindriques entourant chacune un tube du faisceau, ces bagues etant solidarisees deux par deux selon la direction de la chainette par des barettes planes d'espacement et d'alignement
