Transient currents in photo chromic lithium niobate crystals
Description
At research of photovoltaic affect in photo chromic lithium niobate crystals the transient currents, accompanying processes of inducing and relaxation of photo chromic effect, are found out. The mechanism of appearance of these currents on the basis of the model of optical energy dissipation by impurity centers with the account of the kinetic theory of irreversible processes is proposed. 14 refs
