Effect of state of the subsurface region of cadmium sulfide monocrystal on the phenomenon of photoreflection

Description
It is shown that after the radiation treatment of CdS single crystals in water by the band-to-band absorbed coherent radiation the phenomenon of the photoreflection in the band of transparency CdS is amplified: under the illumination of the CdS surface by laser with wavelength of 0.4416 μm and power 1/10 mW the reflection coefficient of subsurface region changes by the magnitude of order (-3/+7)x10-2
