Characteristic fields of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy crystals

Description
Field dependences of transverse resistance of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy (BSCCO) laminar superconductor monocrystal with Tc0 ≥ 92 K were studied in perpendicular orientation of pulsed magnetic field up to 50 T in a wide range of temperatures, i. e. 4.2-300 K. Temperature dependences of characteristic fields were ascertained: irreversibility lines and fields of superconducting nucleus formation. The latter was compared with theoretically obtained dependences

Полевые зависимости поперечного сопротивления монокристалла слоистого сверхпроводника Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy (BSCCO) с Tc0 ≥ 92 К изучены в перпендикулярной ориентации импульсного магнитного поля вплоть до 50 Тл в широком диапазоне температур 4,2-300 К. Определены температурные зависимости характеристических полей: линии необратимости и поля формирования сверхпроводящего зародыша.
