Use of gas electroluminescence detector in x-ray diffractometry

Description
The authors have analyzed the properties of a detection block based on a gas electroluminescence detector from the point of view of x-ray diffractometry. They give an example of the phase analysis of the nitrided surface of a steel specimen. They recommend the scope of application of the block in x-ray diffractometry
