On the effect of particle beam coherence on the probability of channeling state excitation in crystals

Description

Effect of particle beam coherence on probability channeling state excitation in crystals is considered. The cases of partial and total coherence of incident particle beam were investigated. It is shown that transverse coherence of all angular components is preserved in distance internal of 10 cm for channeling in plane field with V0=1 eV and at achievabel monoenergetic beam value δγ=10-5
