Description
The authors present the first applications of distributed processing made at the Laboratorio Nazionale de Sud (LNS), one of three national laboratories of the Istituto Nazionale di Fiscia Nucleare (INFN), where a 13 MeV Tandem Accelerator is going to be installed. The paper describes a small system, named SINGLE, already tested and implemented, and gives some draft notes on the design choices of a larger system, named MONDAN, to be implemented within the end of this year.
