Change in the specific radioactivity of cesium cream, depending on the mass rates of moisture and when their water phase is changed

Automatic translation: The predominant contamination of milk as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant with cesium-137 raises the problem of reducing the transition of this radionuclide into dairy products. In the domestic literature on radiobiology and radioecology, there is information about the transition of cesium-137 from milk to various types of products. However, this information is of a general, fundamental nature and, therefore, is not sufficient for solving specific problems associated with the industrial processing of milk contaminated with radiopesium.
Abstract (Russian)
Преимущественное загрязнение молока в результате аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС цезием-137 выдвигает проблему снижения перехода этого радионуклида в молочные продукты. В отечественной литературе по вопросам радиобиологии и радиоэкологии имеются сведения о переходе цезия-137 из молока в различные виды продуктов. Однако, эта информация носит общий, принципиальный характер и, следовательно, не является достаточной при решении конкретных задач, связанных с промышленной переработкой молока, загрязненного радиопезием.Additional details
