Resonant laser-ionization mass spectroscopy on gadolinium for the isotope abundance analysis with lowest quantities
Description
In the framework of the present thesis the diode-laser quadrupole mass spectrometer system existing in the working group LARISSA was developed for the trace and ultratrace analysis of elements in the range of the rare earths and especially brought to application on the element gadolinium
