Tensimetric scanning of stoichiometry deviation in cadmium telluride

Description
Surface of CdTe solidus is scanned by tensimetric technique. Maximal solubility of tellurium in CdTe-(3-9)x10-3 at.% under 1016-1356 and 5.5-73.9 kPa. Cadmium solubility constitutes (2-3)x10-3 at.% under 870-890 K and 10.18-13.9 kPa
