Approval of devices and facilities using ionizing radiations for medical purposes

Description
This Order made by the Ministers of Health and Social Security, Agriculture and Labour amends a previous Decree of 23 April 1969 in particular concerning the classification of medical or dental radiodiagnostic devices subject to approval. The technical conditions to be complied with for such devices and facilities have also been amended. Finally, it is provided that, as regards facilities with heavy equipment subject to licensing (Act of 31 December 1970), approval is subject to compliance with the licensing conditions and is requested together with the application for a licence. Le present Arrete, pris par les Ministres de la Sante et de la Securite Sociale, de l'Agriculture et du Travail modifie un Arrete precedent du 23 avril 1969, notamment en ce qui concerne la classification des installations de radiodiagnostic medical ou dentaire soumises a agrement. Les conditions techniques auxquelles doivent satisfaire les appareils et installations pour obtenir un agrement ont egalement ete amendees. Il est enfin prevu que, pour les installations comprenant des equipements lourds soumises a un regime d'autorisation (Loi du 31 decembre 1970), l'agrement est subordonne aux conditions de l'autorisation et est demande conjointementFiles
