A new formulation of the relativistic dielectric tensor for electron cyclotron frequencies
Description
The full relativistic plasma dielectric tensor in the electron-cyclotron range of frequencies is investigated. A new compact formulation of the anti-Hermitian part is presented which avoids the standard expansion of the Bessel functions
