Laser induced superconducting properties in semiconductors
Description
It is shown that an amorphous semiconductor irradiated by a laser light exhibits a sort of the Meissner effect. A guided light in a thin film of an amorphous semiconductor is stopped or modified in its intensity when the semiconductor is illuminated by another light. (Auth.)
