Experimental work for SPIN project

Description

The design of a sophistical system, such as SPIN (Systeme de Protection Integre Numerique) requires some preliminary experimental work. This paper describes the main devices which were build in order to check the options that were chosen during the project; this devices includes input-output modules, shared-memory module, asynchronous transmission module and one functionnal unit, devoted to the treatment of new algorithms for protection system

Abstract (French)

La realisation d'un systeme complexe, tel que le S.P.I.N. (Systeme de Protection Integre Numerique), exige un certain nombre d'experimentations preliminaires. On decrit dans cette note, les principales maquettes d'essai qui ont ete realisees pour verifier un certain nombre d'options prises au cours de l'avant-projet; ces maquettes concernent les modules d'entree-sortie, les memoires partagees, les liaisons serie asynchrone, et une unite fonctionnelle particuliere celle qui effectue les traitements relatifs aux nouvelles protections des centrales nucleaires en projet
