Forward and backward multiplicities in deep inelastic processes

Description

We calculate the forward and backward multiplicities in deep inelastic processes. We obtain the asymptotic values for these multiplicities and discuss an ambiguity of their interpretation in terms of quark-gluon jets in QCD. (orig.)
