Immuno-corrective effect of imunofan (specimen) on immunity of cervical carcinoma patients

This paper presents studies of 'imunofan' specimen effect on condition of immunity system various branches in cervical and uterine carcinoma patients. Integrated analysis of immunological status factors comprised following methods of testing: cellular branch (number of lymphocytes, T-lymphocytes (CD3+), subpopulations T-lymphocytes dominantly with helper (CD4+) and suppressor (CD8+) activity, helper-suppressor ratio); non-specific phagocytic branch (phagocytes, phagocytic number). It is shown dynamics of immune status for cervical carcinoma patients at the third stage as the result of imunofan application. (author)
