Dieser Progress Report des Teilinstituts Nukleare Festkoerperphysik erfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Juni 1977 - 31. Mai 1978. Die Darstellung betont die Hauptforschungsgebiete, auf denen das Institut zur Zeit taetig ist. Diese sind: Struktur und Dynamik von Festkoerpern und Fluessigkeiten, Elektronenstruktur und Magnetismus von Festkoerpern und die Entwicklung und Untersuchung neuartiger Materialien. Einige technische Entwicklungen, die fuer diese Forschungsarbeiten wichtig sind, wurden ebenfalls in den Bericht aufgenommen. (orig.)
