Indigenous development of PC based centralized radiation counting system

  • 1. Electronics Corporation of India Ltd., Hyderabad (India). Instrument Group

Description

In large radiation chemical processing facilities like waste immobilization plants, fuel reprocessing plants etc. there is need for radio chemical characterization of many process samples for effective process control. The centralized radiation counting system developed provides the required analysis through a personal computer. This system helps to keep the up-to-date information of waste samples and storing the information for future course of action. 2 figs
