Expectation of nuclear fuel cycle technology development from applied physics
Description
The history of the development of nuclear energy has always given importance to achieving the completion of a nuclear fuel cycle in a safe and economical manner. The light water reactor system has been established by implementing new technology from various fields. However, if we take into consideration the energy resources for the 21st century, the realization of a fast reactor fuel cycle is deeply desired. Although the development of new technology involves many factors, technologies related to the extremely advanced light are especially expected. (author)
