The inverse problem for a finite Rayleigh-scattering atmosphere
Description
Elementary considerations are used to deduce the single-scattering albedo and the coefficient in the Lambert law of ground reflection from measurements of the polarized radiation emerging from an atmosphere of finite thickness. (Auth.)
