Impurity phases in thulium sulphide films

Description
Conditions of impurity phases formation during vacuum condensation of thulium sulphide thin films are determined. Impurity phases differ as to composition, dispersity, and they can appear as a result of different oxidation degree of (TmO)2S, TmSO3, Tm2O3, TmSsub(1-x)Osub(x) sulphides. At Tsub(S)=600-700 K and p < 103 Pa on sublayers of KCl monophase films of thulium sulfides with a high structural perfection of crystal lattice are condensed
