Description
This compilation contains all agreements under international law in the field of environmental protection, the FRG has joined and that have been published and/or announced in the Federal Law Gazette, part II. The summary is of September 15, 1987. The classification is made according to the subjects: waste management law, pollution is made according to the date of treaty/agreement. For easier access, there are a chronological index, an index of the contracting states and an index of the places of contract. In the annex the relevant treaties with the German Democratic Republic are indicated. (orig.)

Diese Zusammenstellung enthaelt saemtliche voelkerrechtlichen Vereinbarungen auf dem Gebiete des Umweltschutzes, denen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland beigetreten ist und die im Bundesgesetzblatt, Teil II veroeffentlich bzw. bekanntgemacht worden sind. Die Zusammenstellung hat den Stand von 15. September 1987. Die Sortierung erfolgt nach den Sachgebieten Abfallrecht, Immissionsschutzrecht, Atomrecht und Energie- und Bergrecht und innerhalb dieser nach dem Datum des Vertrages/Uebereinkommens. Der leichteren Erschliessung dienen ein chronologisches Register, ein Register der Vertragsstaaten und ein Register der Orte des Vertragesabschlusses. Im Anhang werden die umweltrelevanten Vertraege mit der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik nachgewiesen. (orig.)Additional details
