Synthesis of high temperature superconductors by melting in solar furnace

Description
The experimental results on synthesis of high temperature superconductor materials by melting in solar furnace the stuff from carbonate oxide components were given. For YBa2Cu3Ox samples the resistive transformation at 87-91 k with width less than 1 k are fixed. The density of transport critical current is 500-800 A/cm2. The increase of current characteristics in melted materials was due by inter-crystal boundaries of metal type. (author). 3 refs., 2 tab
