Resonance of the one-dimensional electron transmission above a quantum well with dissipation

Description
We study electron transmission above a quantum well considering the capture effect into a bound state in a quantum well due to dissipation. Our calculation shows a remakable resonance appears when the incident energy nears ω above the bound state, with ω the phonon (photon) energy, no matter how weak dissipation is
