Calculation of longitudinal characteristics of extensive air shower from primary 56Fe nucleus with account of fireball production in the model of quark-gluon plasma

Description
Development of extensive air showers (EAS) from 56Fe nucleus is considered in the quark-gluon plasma model. Characteristics of EAS (hadron and muon spectra and the cascade curve) have been calculated by means of a numerical solution of a set of equations describing the multicomponent nuclear cascade. Besides pions, the equations take into account the production of kaons and nucleon-antinucleon pairs
