Excess electrical conductivity above Tsub(c) of aluminium superconducting thin films in the presence of formvar

Excess electrical conductivity above Tsub(c) in formvar/aluminium/formvar sandwiches has been measured and compared with the Maki-Thomson theory. The obtained high values of the pair-breaking parameter are interpreted as due to a modification of the strength of the aluminium electron phonon coupling in the presence of formvar
