Photoluminescence of Tb3+ ions in nanofilms Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 - Dy -
Description
Full text : Photoluminescence Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 -Tb- films, doped by terbium, obtained by thermal evaporation on glass, annealed at 200 degrees Celsius, has been observed in the photoluminescence of trivalent terbium ions with an intense band of 543 nm at 77 K. The possibility of the formation of optically sensitive nano-film structures has been discussed
