Description
It was discovered the sharp growth of the graphene layer destruction temperature formed on the surface of Re(10-10) and Rh(111) at Cesium atom intercalation under it. The temperature of the film destruction increases almost on 500 K on the Rhenium and on 150 K on the Rhodium and reaches (on Rhenium) the value record for Graphene 2200 K.
